• Act as the prime business relationship manager for the key business stakeholder for the portfolio you are accountable for

Job Responsibilities

• Distributes work to juniors, gives guidance/assist the juniors to prepare quotations on difficult/critical jobs.
• Instructs the typist to type the quotations in priority order.
• Negotiates tender/contract with owners/superintendents in shipyard, local/overseas (for additional work/new contracts).
• Analyse lost bids for gathering data for future reference.
• Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers for cost estimates.

Job Requirement
