Aerospace and aviation group is seeking a well-rounded dynamic assistant for the Chairman.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chairman (male) with scheduling, daily operations, and key task coordination

• Manage meeting arrangements, record minutes and follow up on resolutions

• Draft, revise and manage policy documents, official correspondence, and reports

• Coordinate travel arrangements and plan events, receptions and meetings

• Oversee foreign affairs and office services

• Manage personnel tasks within the Chairman's office

• Execute assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communictions or a related field

• Must have relevant experiences assisting high level executives with administrative and secretarial tasks at record

minutes of meetings, follow up on resolutions and actions, draft and manage policies, reports and

correspondence including oversee office and foreign affairs and services in a large or medium-sized corporate

environment.

• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese 普通话 and familiar with China culture

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Flexible, adaptable with excellent time management and organizational skills

• Mobile and versatile, capable of handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly

• Valid Class 3/3A driving license and familiar with Singapore routes

• Willingness to accompany Chairman for business travel overseas when needed

• Salary upto $6,500/month

• 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 14 days AL, medical, travel insurance
