• Ensure Shipment Clearance and Delivery Requirements are adhered to / complied with as per the Customers’ requirements.
• Ensure the Complete and Correct Shipment Documents for the various Shipments are handed over to the Transportation Service Provider for delivery to the various Customers.
• Provide Proof Of Delivery (POD) updates to the Customers, Departments, Overseas Agents.
