• Position : ALL WELCOME - Freight Forwarding Assistant (Air/Sea) - Up to $3,500 - Changi
• Location : East – Changi
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customer or agents for the air freight / sea freight operation and customer service matters
• Support / co-ordinate with customer service team and sales team in searching for the contractor’s cost for trucking / shipping liners / airliners etc.
• Complete documentations including billing invoice.
• Full operations handling on Air & Ocean freight’s import / export
• Input all the air freight / sea freight shipments data / billing into Operational System
• Assist sales team with operations and quotations
• Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight, such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations.

Requirements:

• Minimally O Level with at least one year of experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Able to work independently.
• All witth experience welcome
