Responsibilities:

• Site preparation and co-ordination.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
• Preparation and submission of documents.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders onsite to ensure that project requirements are being met.
• Prepare, create and plan detailed work schedules, manpower and resource.
• Ensure that contractors carry out works in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks.
• Have the ability to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, designs and etc.
• Coordinate the safety management system onsite.
• Follow up with the project and report on the process of the project to higher management.
• Facilities Management for company premises / buildings.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by reporting manager and/or management.

• Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Kitchen Stall Assistant (Full Time / Part Time / Kaki Bukit / Chinatown)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Stall Assistant to join our team in a busy food and beverage environment. The Kitchen Stall Assistant will support food preparation, maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, and ensure food safety standards are met. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients (e.g., washing, chopping, and measuring) to support chefs and cooks
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to recipes and customer requests
• Ensure food is presented attractively and portions are consistent with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stall area, including countertops, utensils, and equipment
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed throughout shifts
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness throughout the workspace
• Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly service if assisting at the counter or serving area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen assistant role is a plus, though not required
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training may be provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in food preparation
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm

Alternate Sat 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processing, order distribution, and returns.

· Ensure accurate and timely order handling.

· Handle goods carefully and assist with inventory counting.

· Maintain material handling equipment and perform general housekeeping.

· Operate a forklift (if licensed) to support warehouse activities.

Requirements:

· Team player with a positive, willing-to-learn attitude

· Physically fit for warehouse tasks

· Basic English reading and writing skills

· Basic computer skills

· Willing to work overtime when needed
