Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of a campaign from December till February for a leading brand.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the team to project manage a leading brand’s campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

- Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and expectations

- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and production, to develop and execute campaign concepts

- Manage external vendors, suppliers, and manpower to ensure seamless execution

- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure successful event execution

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans

- Ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines

- Work closely with our digital team to integrate the campaign with our digital platform and drive results

- Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the hiring team to understand their specific requirements and qualifications required to source for open positions·
• Conducting market research to understand where potential candidates may be found, best methods to engage with them and market/industry trends·
• Building Talent Pools for evergreen positions, keeping and maintaining candidate pipelines across various platforms and groups·
• Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities·
• Generation of referrals by encouraging both candidates and employees to refer qualified candidates·
• Report and analyse existing projects in terms of sourcing strategies’ effectiveness, such as conversion rates and how to improve the sourcing process

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in across any disciplines with a strong interest and passion in recruitment is preferred·
• Ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches·
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.·
• Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.·
• Ability to communicate and articulate well to deal with stakeholders
• Priority will be given to candidates available for an internship from December 2024.

Job Purpose:  

The Marketing Coordinator has the overall responsibility for being the custodian for sub-function of the marketing team for the Company's Technology Solutions, India. Assisting in events, communications, managing the vendor portals and helping in maintaining the the Company's Brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Implements marketing plans and processes across all vendors.

• Understands and manages all the vendor portals for the marketing function.

• Raises requests for activities and ensures that the same is communicated to the teams.

• Filing claims for vendors and reconciliation with the Company's Finance team.

• Purchase order and debit note management for all third-party vendors.

• Assists in the communications function.

• Database and MIS analysis of business data for marketing usage.

• Custodian for all marketing collaterals- ensures dispatch and receipt of each.

• Custodian for all marketing assets and ensures update of each.

• Helps in conducting events and sourcing for the same.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)

• Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)

• Must have 2 or more years of experience in marketing / sales co-ordination.

• Prior experience in distribution and/or IT preferred

• University degree or equivalent
