• Support and work closely with the Limousine team to manage bookings received from internal and external guests
• Administer and assign jobs to chauffeurs through Limousine operating system, according to the requirements of reservations received from the guests
• Monitor the availability of the drivers to dispatch jobs effectively and increase productivity
• Allocation of vehicles to the chauffeurs according to guest request and requirement
• Follow up on booking details with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of booking details and efficient limousine services to be rendered to the guests
• Provide assistance to the chauffeurs as and when required, such as language interpretation, accident handling and other limousine related matters

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Experience working in transportation or service and hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT proficient, able to work with Microsoft Office applications and Google Maps
• A team player, flexible in job functions so as to meet business and departmental goals
• Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure and fast paced environment

• Coordinate daily scheduled deliveries with customers to minimize trailer collection and shifting
• Coordinate with sites for loading, unloading, trailer collection and shifting activities
• Assist with addressing all driver issues as needed
• Manage the duty phone and handle customer inquiries
• Cross-deployment for other logistics controller roles in their absence

Requirement

• Minimum N level or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Mandarin fluency required, as the majority of drivers are Mandarin-speaking mainland Chinese
• Responsible, reliable and with a positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends

Job description

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Create new service project job number in ERP.
• Assess the customer request and offer advice on the right solution depending on the maintenance contract / warranty.
• Collaborate with the Field Service Engineers’ / Supervisor to determine the number of hours, personnel, and parts and equipment needed for service visits.
• Prepare job order and vessel schedules to Service Engineers with complete work instruction of the assignments and process everything in the relevant systems.
• Hold a debriefing with the Service Engineer(s) regarding the work schedule.
• Inform customers of service work progress and handle all communication related to services requests with customers.
• Ensure proper documentation of work done & manage invoice settlement without delay.
• You approach customers proactively to optimize the order book.
• Assist Manager draft quotation to customer’ enquiries and manage all customers' enquiries professionally and timely. (e.g. sending service reports and other documents follow up etc.).
• Provide project management support to service managers to assist in managing service projects, attend customer meetings etc.
• Partner with the Sales Department for possible sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Authorities

• Point of contact for customer requests, scheduling & dispatching service technicians, assessing the urgency of the customer's call.
• Calculate, prepare, and send out service quotations and technical proposals and ensure that enquiries are turned into job orders.
• Manage service work hours optimally so that there are no excess manhour billings.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics / Automation, and instrumentation Engineering.
• Must possess 2-3 years of experience in the service coordination roles.
• Excellent academics and technical knowledge in marine field.
• Should be able to read, write & speak in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (SAP) are advantages.
• Required to work beyond normal office working hours

Key Responsibilities:
