• Make environmental preservation and safety a priority.
• Assist in preparing TMSA audits; Provide and evaluate raw data/slides for Quarterly Management Reviews (QMR) and Quarterly alerts; Prepare monthly, weekly, and quarterly reports and meeting agendas for the team.
• Help with any ad hoc duties that the line manager requests.
• Follow up, check the contents, and upload audits, including ISM code reviews, ISPS, ELP, TMSA, and other customer/class audits.
• Get, examine, and update incident and near-miss reports in the reporting system.
• Gather and immediately send monthly HSEQ meeting responses to boats.
• Create and upload the minutes of the shore team meetings to the ship management SharePoint site.
• Keep track of HSEQ-related tracking sheets, including incident follow-up, audit dates, and LTI free dates.
• To guarantee enough overlap with the contract administrator, be knowledgeable about contracts and contractual management.
• Assist Teekay Marine Services in assembling management reviews on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Preferably, you have relevant administrative experience in the marine industry or a diploma in business or maritime studies.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Adeptness with Microsoft Office applications.
• The capacity to effectively and cooperatively respond to customers; analytical, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities

Job Details:

• Project Duration 3 Years
• Mon to Saturday - 6 Days work per week
• Project Under Singapore Power Grid.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments at the workplace to identify any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or safe work processes
• Recommend reasonable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk at the workplace
• Ensure all statutory regulations are comply with NEA’s requirements
• Prepare and submit weekly environmental report
• Enforce & improve Workplace Safety and Health / Environmental Control standard at the workplace
• Any other duties as assigned by superior(s)

Job Scope:

• Conduct site inspections to evaluate the feasibility and progress of mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to integrate M&E designs seamlessly into overall project plans.

• Perform testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety before handover.

• Monitor and manage energy efficiency measures for mechanical and electrical systems to optimize operational costs and sustainability.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and international standards during all phases of M&E project execution.

Job Requirements:

• At least a diploma in Engineering related field

• A minimum of 3 years of engineering working experience

• Prior experience working on LTA projects is highly advantageous.
