*Position:* Architectural/Project Coordinator

Location: Singapore

Type: Full Time

Salary: S$3300 - S$4500

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage project schedules, milestones, and resources for architectural projects

- Support design teams in project planning and execution

- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment

- Oversee documentation, budgeting, and compliance with project requirements

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

1. To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters

2. To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting

3. To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions

4. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

5. Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation

6. Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment

Requirements :

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E co-ordination will be an advantage

2. At least 5 years experience in LTA projects M&E Coordination in local construction firm/LTA-MRT Project

3. Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential

4. Good knowledge of local standards & requirements

5. Understanding of a Design & Build contract/project

6. Independent, self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude

• Manage all site activities, vendors and sub-contractors

• Manage relationship with clients, consultants and building owners

• Liaise with Consultants, Sub-Constructors and Vendors to ensure smooth

progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule

within required regulations/contract specifications

• Ensure timely submissions and compliance to regulatory requirements

• To monitor project costs including variation works

• Confident and able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Perform clerical duties, such as filing and responding to emails

(2) Respond to inquiries through multiple channels, such as calls, and emails.

(3) Secure new sales order for Design & Fabrication Dept.

(4) Handle and process sales orders, PO and DO.

(5) Create and update sales orders, invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents

(6) Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order status and delivery schedules with customers

(7) Maintain accurate and up to date documentation.

(8) Coordinate with human resources to handle department staff time attendance and work with accounting department to process invoices, payments matters relating to Design & Fabrication Dept.

(9) Handle transaction enquiries, resolve and report operational issues promptly

(10) Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Admin / Customer service / sales support / SAP experience will be an added advantage.

At least 2 years experience in administration & sales

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

General administrative support
