Job Description:

• To key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System /Inventory system accurately and timely.
• Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis.
• To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.
• To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
• To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.
• To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handling equipment servicing records etc.
• To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.
• To perform any other tasks assigned.

Position Overview:
H.A.M. Creations is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage cosmetics accounts, with a strong emphasis on large format printing projects. The role also includes sourcing props, obtaining quotations, and performing quality checks to ensure the highest standards in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for cosmetics accounts, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
• Coordinate large format printing projects, including design, production, and installation processes.
• Source props, materials, and other project essentials to meet client and project requirements.
• Request, compare, and manage quotations from suppliers to optimize project budgets.
• Perform thorough quality checks on materials, props, and printed products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for product launches, promotional campaigns, and installations.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve any issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare and present updates, performance metrics, and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in project management, printing technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in large format printing, sourcing, and quality control.
• Familiarity with printing processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong software background in Bentley Open Building Design.
• Attend technical meetings with Clients, Consultants and Sub-contractors.
• Works closely with project team in coordinating, quality control, organizing and producing of construction drawings and documentations using BIM Technologies.

• Track case report forms;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health related field with strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred; and
• Office hours, 9:30am to 6:30pm to be worked over 5 days between Monday to Saturday (Saturdays being rotational). Able to work on rotational public holidays.
