About the programme

CHoW aims to provide welfare and assistance to vulnerable communities in Singapore,

important part of our community, SRC focuses on their holistic health, especially mental
health, and training to hone their skills.

JOB SCOPE
Operation Support
● Curate and execute activities
● Lead and take charge of events
● Ability to tailor the programme accordingly to needs
● Support outreach efforts to build community awareness about the programme

Stakeholder Management
● Recruit and train volunteers
● Maintain a pool of regular trained volunteers
● Conduct dry runs for volunteers
● Maintain good relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

Administration Support
● Responding to general queries about the programme over email and phone
● Putting up Purchase Requisition and Orders where necessary

JOB SPECIFICATION
Requirements and Experiences
● Experience in a similar or related role and/or working with volunteers preferred
● Independent with the ability to interact well with people of all levels
● Task-oriented and outcome-driven

● Adaptable to the changing needs on the ground
● Comfortable working with the migrant community
