The Landscape Manager (Landscape Maintenance and Construction) is involved in all areas of multiple landscape projects. He/she will meet with the clients to clarify their needs and wants, and develop a proposal for applying the project following the business plan. He/She will find the plants and materials required for the project, and manage a team of workers to bring to life landscape plans and satisfy clients' expectations.An Arborist carries out management programmes for trees and palms. He/She conducts tree inspection, risk checks, and finds solutions for tree health problems. He/She helps prepare tree status reports to management for decision-making. The Arborist enjoys working outdoors, being with nature and is passionate about tree protection and conservation. He/She must be willing to work long hours to respond to tree emergency situations.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all horticulture works
2. Plan and assess work programmes
3. Ensure quality of landscaping is acceptable.
4. Manage all areas of the project including planning daily work and worker timetables.
5. Manage workers and contractors working at the project location.
6. Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
7. Train workers on safety methods when working with equipment and tools.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
2. Arborist certification from International Society of Arboriculture(ISA)
3. Independent individual with good organisation skills
4. Good Interpersonal skills

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and services. As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for a range of key functions, including Routine Maintenance Management, Change Request Management, Service Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Obsolescence Management.

Responsibilites:

• Responsible for overall planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the maintenance project, particularly in the areas of Service Level Performance
• Produce monthly reports on the maintenance details
• Monitor and evaluate system health and performance regularly.
• Manage and prioritize service requests from end-users.
• Ensure that service requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to meet service level agreements.
• Oversee incident management processes to minimize service disruptions.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of IT incidents and outages.
• Implement problem management strategies to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding data security and IT obsolescence.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Maintenance Manager, leading a team of maintenance engineers providing maintenance services to stakeholders according to SLA
• Have experience with managing and planning the following:

3. Service Request Management
4. Inventory/Asset Management
5. Service Continuity and Availability
6. Incident Management, Problem Managemen
7. Obsolescence Management

• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• A good team player
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English

• Assist in daily operations
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
• Prepare quotations, service agreements and tenders.
• Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs.
• Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies.
• Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary.
• Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance.
• Assist in planing and implementing work schedule and manage manpower deployment or arrange for replacement of staffs when necessary.

THE MAIN ROLE IS TO LEAD THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE GOOD AFTER SALES SERVICE TO ALL OUR CLIENTS IN TERMS OF SERVICE BREAKDOWN CALL, ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AS WELL AS SPARE PARTS REPLACEMENT. MUST BE ABLE TO LEAD THE AFTER SALES TEAM AND PERFORM TO EXPECTATION. MONITOR THE AFTER SALES TEAM TO PROPOSE NEW MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS OR MAINTAIN EXISTING ONES BY FOLLOWING UP CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS INCLUDING SPARE PARTS REPLACEMENT.
