• Submit investigation reports to relevant authority for approval
• Generate documents and engineering process plans to ensure operation requirements and safety standards are maintained
• Conduct technology search for MRO applications and introduce technology enablers to improve performance and quality of the repaired systems or components
• Participate in Customer meetings to gain insights to their needs and expectations, translating these requirements into deliverables where feasible
• Responsible for the training of technicians; planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians; appraising, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering
• Experience in Component MRO in related industries
• Experience in effectively leading a team of Technicians
• Experience in SAP System is advantageous

• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Engine, Transmission or Gearboxes
