Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer service support

Job Description:

Attend to all the maintenance & repair job required and ensure successful completion.

Perform preventive maintenance in all production machines.

Report and identify any defect or faults found during preventive maintenance.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on stamping presses, feeders, conveyors, and other related equipment.

Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.

Conduct periodic inspections and adjustments to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.

Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective solutions for recurring issues.

Ensure proper operation of safety devices, sensors, and automation systems.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.
