Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring efficient operation and upkeep of all facilities in the outlets, HQ, Central/Processing Kitchen
• Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC system, plumbing tasks and other F&B related machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct periodic inspections at all outlets and Central/Processing kitchens to identify and address any potential issues or safety concerns promptly
• Respond and resolve maintenance according to company requirements
• Ensure rectification are done with minimal disruption to business operations
• Attending to all maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate maintenance status and issues effectively to Project Manager
• Assist with any submission / application to the relevant authorities and landlords
• Co ordination with approved vendor and obtain costing for Project Manager approvals
• Assisting on checking and validate the costing submitted by vendors/contractors before proposing to the Project Manager for approvals
• Any other duties assigned by Project Manager

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance
• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication purposes
• Pro-active, a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work at night (after mall closure) when called upon
• Able to standby during weekends and Public Holidays and non-working hours
• Preferably with Class 2 or Class 3 license
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
