• Follow up on outstanding policy premium collection promptly to ensure compliance to internal credit control;
• Ability to pitch and deliver corporate sales presentations jointly with FSCs, as well as able to support and jointly conduct Employee Communication Sessions to the employees of existing corporate customers with the FSC;
• Participates in scheduled sales training and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills and meet the mandatory CPD hours requirement to ensure Fit & Proper;
• Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products/services enhancements and market analysis;

Job Requirements

• Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications;
• Candidates with CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certification will have an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales and marketing in the Employee Benefits / Group Insurance;
• Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products;

Centre Activities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Brahm Centre@Simei to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and courses
• Ensure that programs and engagement meet the grant engagement requirements of AAC
• Lead programs coordinator in ensuring that a wide range of suitable programs are offered to clients, including intergenerational programs
• Lead customer service excellence to manage the satisfaction of clients, ensure that AAC customer satisfaction scores are met
• Plan and implement monthly duty rooster to optimise course offerings
• Respond to questions and requests
• Procure office items to ensure adequate supplies to support the centre’s programs and operations
• Maintain inventory list to ensure accountability and serviceability of the properties and facilities and ensure availability of these items for the proper functioning of the Centre
• Work with the various stakeholders in the organisation

Vounteer Management

• Recruit, onboard and manage volunteers to ensure their satisfaction with respect to engagement, deployment and sustainability
• Establish and build relationships with volunteer, and ascertain the requirements of the centre
• Match the volunteers to the requirements
• Conduct once a year survey for pulse check on satisfaction of the volunteers
• Update the salesforce volunteer database and ensure that monthly volunteer status reports are updated according to compliance

Others

• Guide the Care team to support Care operations in ensuring that the CREST engagement KPIs are met including managing their time-off and off-in-lieu
• Strategize, plan outreach events and work with Care team to meet the CREST outreach KPI
• Strategize and support the Care team in meeting the monthly P1, P2 and P3 cases engagement KPIs
• Notify Head of Care when Care members are unable to meet the monthly KPIs
• Responsible in building rapport, relationship and collaborations with surrounding community partners such as within the AACs/CREST boundary area to support outreach and CREST engagements
• Provide appraisal comments on Care team to Head of Care to consolidate the overall appraisal

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines for future roles.

Career Talks and Employer Branding:

• Arrange and conduct career talks at universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Develop presentations and materials that highlight the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities.
• Organize and participate in school and university fairs, job fairs, and career exhibitions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Liaise with event organizers and academic institutions to ensure smooth planning and execution of recruitment activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, career services, and academic partners to support recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with Workforce Singapore, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and other government agencies on employment-related programs.

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

• Manage the recruitment process, including JD drafting with Hiring Manager, job postings, screening, interviews, and extending job offers.
• Leverage recruitment software and platforms (e.g., Social Media, Job Portals) to attract and manage candidates effectively and utilize social media and digital platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team by providing guidance, support, and continuous training to enhance their performance.
• Assign roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring that recruitment goals are met.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion rates) to ensure continuous improvement of recruitment efforts.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and results.
• Work closely with the other HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide input into the design and execution of onboarding programs that help new employees integrate into the company culture.
• Promote and implement recruitment practices that support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals within the organization.
• Reports to Senior Human Resources Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
