What will I be doing?

• Upkeep and maintain flowers and plants in the F&B outlets and public areas.
• Effectively communicate the hotel’s safety working procedures to Team Members.
• Check on the work carried out by the overnight cleaning contractor.
• Liaise with contractors for carrying out all special cleaning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

2. Coordinate with Main-con, clarify with Main-con on drawings, schedule, access, materials, machineries etc

Requirements

5 years experience working at construction site as a Subcon Site superisor or in charge person.

Well knowledge on RC works in the whole process, Rebar works, formwork, Concreting.

Well Knowledge on Labor production rate of RC works.

Good communication skill required.
