Main Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Store Manager, support in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations
• Oversee daily and weekly deliverables such as the store checklist and inventory checklists
• Work with store manager to lead store sales performance and customer service excellence
• Delegate work, encourage and provide feedback to the team and acts as the outstanding "go to" person
• Coach staff members in providing the best guest experience, and plays a hands-on role on the sales floor
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
• Train new staff members and scheduling shifts
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock-take exercises
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and close accounts for the closing shift
• Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Be a customer experience champion, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent
• Completion of tertiary education and a good working knowledge of MS Office will be a plus
• Ability to work various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).

SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of guests’ services through training, coaching and mentoring subordinates. To organize and evaluate service and delivery systems, procedures and processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift

· Assist the Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks

· Responsible for cash management of the POS

· Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in delivery of excellent guest experience

· Ensures prompt, efficient, friendly and accurate service

· Lead by example and providing timely feedback on areas of opportunities

· Promote good teamwork to achieve set goals/targets

· Ensure adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices

· Ensure equipment and stations’ maintenance schedule is executed accordingly

· Delegates and/or perform assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner

· Follow up and adheres to Company policies and procedures accordingly

· Attends meetings as requested

· Accept additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting Audit Director & Audit Manager with below duties:

• Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to wrapping up and presentations of audit findings including timely billing and collections
• Ensure that the firm’s risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times
• Manage and service a portfolio of clients. Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the partner/director

Requirements:

• At least an Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy.
• Must possess professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA full member, or relevant certification in the discipline.
• With at least 4 years and above of relevant work experience from audit or accounting firm.
• Good command of English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
