• Coordinate with contractors, QPs, and authorities.
• Track project progress and update S.O./CAG.
• Follow FUI requirements in interface areas.
• Liaise with FUI teams for coordinated supervision.
• Monitor contractor safety and ensure DfS, WSH, and aerodrome safety.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow up on issues.
• Conduct roving safety inspections and incident response.
• Submit daily safety inspection reports to S.O.
• Lead monthly safety inspections and submit reports.
• Organize and participate in Safety Site Walks with S.O.
• Provide monthly safety performance and audit reports.
• Report accidents/near-misses immediately to OIC.
• Inspect work outside Changi East and overseas if required.
• Assist CAG with authority visits, reports, and coordination.

Eduction & Qualification/

Experiance

• credited by IES and ACES.
• Holds bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent.
• Certified in Design for Safety.
• Knowledgeable in codes, supervision, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Effective supervisor and proactive leader.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Able to work shifts.

2. This position of Cafe Service Supervisor will report to the Cafe Manager. He or She will support the Cafe Manager in overseeing day-to-day front of house operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests.
3. He or she will be responsible for providing supervision to a team of service staff on the following areas --

• Welcome and settle down guests according to standards.
• Taking food and drinks order and to provide recommendations where needed.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Support Cafe Manager in administrative duties including, dealing with vendors, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage team of staff under supervision, including supporting staff members who are from special needs background.
• Conduct briefing and updates to the staff.
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the cafe to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
