Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the key escalation point globally for all product programs, projects, and operational performance issues.
• Facilitate collaborative communication between all functional areas within a location / business group/vertically integrated organization.
• Facilitate external two-way communication between Customer and Flex Sites.
• Manage the process to ensure Customers expectations are clearly defined, understood, and communicated across the appropriate Flex Organizations
• Work with Operations globally to ensure the appropriate Project Managers and project resources are assigned to all customer projects
• Accountable for supporting the performance of Project team(s) and Project manager(s)
• Provide the necessary leadership and support to Project Managers to manage projects in line with project management processes and associated policies and procedures.
• Ensure collaborative cross-functional project team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and repeatedly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business; MBA is preferred.
• Typically requires 10 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in working within cloud, enterprise, compute customers as a Program Manager or Global Program Manager.
• Experience building relationships while working directly with customers.
• Experience managing a local team and Experience with Finance/Quoting.
• Ability to Travel & Work non-traditional hours.

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for maximizing overall revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on demand and competitor analysis in order to gain market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management using competitive reports
• Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels with the aim of maximising revenue through forecasting and budgeting
• Manage rates, room inventory, distribution channels and market segmentation
• Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including brand website and 3rd party sites
• Identify new revenue opportunities and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Maintain complete knowledge of room availability for each day, including restricted dates, rates and room types breakdown
• Analysis of data, booking patterns and market trends and generating reports
• Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity / functional
• Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, corporate, groups etc).
• Monitor competitors and market to develop rate and market-mix strategies
• Have good knowledge on all room rates/packages and promotions
• Supervision of reservations team in meeting the daily business needs, including conducting training and guidance to the Revenue & Reservations department
• Coordinate and work with other departments in sales fulfilment
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish the work for the department.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager from time to time

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration/ Revenue Management/ Business/ Finance or related field
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience within the hotel industry
• Have worked in both local & international hotel brands with properties of at least 350 keys
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including email
• Knowledge in Revenue Management platforms (eg. Amadaeus, Duetto, Lanyon etc)
• Knowledge in OPERA Cloud will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Multi-tasking skills with attention to details and deadlines
• Ability to lead and train team members
• Ability to communicate and interact with various stakeholders of all levels

What you will be working on

You will take the lead in managing a team of officers responsible for overseeing the daily disbursement operations for various schemes. Your role will involve ensuring that payouts to beneficiaries are both prompt and accurate, maintaining high standards of efficiency and reliability in all transactions.

In this role, you will:

· Oversee daily disbursement activities to ensure timely and accurate payouts to beneficiaries.

· Ensure accuracy in payment adjustments and promptly rectify any flagged payment anomalies.

· Maintain smooth operations with timely responses to complex payment inquiries from the Case Management Team.

· Lead the implementation of system enhancements to optimise payment processes in line with strategic goals.

· Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration on scheme implementations.

· Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to align on the Board’s position and resolve conflicts, ensuring timely project implementation.

· Harmonise payment guidelines while assessing their implications for individual schemes, considering each scheme’s unique features.

· Oversee project initiatives and system enhancements.

Job Description

· Lead and manage the FM Department, overseeing day-to-day operations and customer accounts.

· Manage team, including budget planning, outsourcing, tendering, and contract renewal.

· Provide strategic direction for facility management services, focusing on business development and cost reduction.

· Coach and mentor facilities team, ensuring effective emergency response and business continuity.

· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities’ regulations.

· Develop and implement business development plans.

· Plan OPEX and CAPEX budgets on a yearly and monthly basis.

· Train employees and administer operations policies and procedures.

· Familiarity with Data Center industry, Managing Agent, and Project Management.

· Maintain adherence to ISO procedures and standards.

· Review and negotiate contract documents, source quality vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related disciplines.

· Over 10 years of experience in Data Center operations, Managing Agent, or related fields,

· Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.

· Proven track record in managing daily operations.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to confidently deliver presentations.

· Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Facility Manager.
