Job Description & Requirements

To supervise the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations

To oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality contract of food products

To lead and motivate employees effectively through implementation of in-house training and incentives plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction

To resolve guest concerns and complaints in order to maintain the postive atmosphere

• Support and Supervise Outlet operations
• Manage Customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure day to day running of food preparation to established standards
• Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene standards in food preparations at all times.
• Communicate and supports the team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
