• Plan and organise physical or virtual SkillsFuture Advice workshops
• Deliver workshops to guide individuals in navigating the labour market, share occupational insights of jobs, training and features of key online portals such as MySkillsFuture and Adapt & Grow
• As part of continuous improvement, you will monitor the effectiveness of the workshops and work on the feedback gathered to improve future workshops and outreach efforts

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications
• Experience in planning and organising workshops
• Experience in tracking statistics, managing feedback as well as evaluating programme effectiveness will be advantageous
• Possess strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to speak fluently in different languages and local dialects will be advantageous (in order to liaise with the local dialects & multi-lingual speaking associates)
• Knowledge and familiarity with government schemes, programmes, portals and service touch-points will be advantageous
• Ability to interact and manage diverse stakeholders from different levels
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, marketing and networking skills
• High level of initiative and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Passionate about helping Singaporeans to raise their employability level and advocate lifelong learning
• Experience in outreach or community engagement will be advantageous
• Familiarity with social media platforms, social media engagement, design thinking and marketing will be advantageous
• Able to work on evenings and weekends
• Willing to be stationed at CDC in the west region of Singapore

Job Scope:

• Oversees all marketing communications efforts for new cars and bikes including ongoing tactical communications (e.g. advertisements, targeting), ongoing operational communications (e.g. localised brochures, flyers, spec cards for all models, promotional flyers, SCs selling kits),
• Launch communications (e.g. launch campaigns and materials, SCs’ sales kits), maintain PML and Motorrad digital presence and CRM-related communications (e.g. eDMs, newsletters).
  Media planning & strategizing

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for all BIM modelling works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

· Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.

· Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.

· Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.

· To coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

· Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.

· Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.

· To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.

Job Requirements:

· Required skills: design development, design management.

· Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino

· Good knowledge and skills in BIM modelling.

· Possess good communications and people skills

· Good organization, coordination and leadership skills

· Minimum 5 years working experience in façade design.

The HR Site manager plays a crucial role in supporting and managing location-specific HR matters, working collaboratively with the functional HR team. This role requires collaboration with both site-based and functional HR resources to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. The HR Site Manager serves as a key liaison between the site and the broader HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Planning / Initiatives

• Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs specific to the site;
• Work closely with the functional HR team to ensure alignment with overall HR strategies and initiatives;
• Provide site-specific insights and requirements to contribute to the development of HR programs and policies;
• Support the implementation of Group HR initiatives from a location-specific view;

2. Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment;
• Collaborate with functional HR to ensure consistent application of company policies;

3. Performance Management

• Collaborate with functional HR team to manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers;

4. Training & Development

• Coordinate training programs in collaboration with functional HR team;

5. Employee Engagement

• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, working closely with both the site and functional HR teams;
• Organize events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture;

6. Compliance and Reporting

• Work with the functional HR and local HR Operations team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance;
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal matters;
• Responsible for HR governance/compliance-related matters specific to location;

7. Vendor Management

• Manage HR services vendor and ensure all compliance and attestation are in place and aligned to the Group Procurement policies;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on collaborative, matrix-based environments;
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
