The Scope

You will be part of Esco Aster’s cGMP Technology Transfer Cell Manufacturing (TTCM) Unit contribute towards the overall site mission and objectives for culturing of cells and derivatives from cells.

Job Responsibilities

· Work with both internal and external customer SMEs to transfer in and maintain customer’s processes in cell processing facility.

Purification (Midstream, Downstream Small Scale)

· Cell washing using cell washing devices, centrifugation or membrane-based technologies (spin filters /TFF) equivalent or chromatography.

Fill & Finish (in Isolators or closed systems)

· Bulk drug substance formulation.

• Provide technical support, propose solutions, and project related queries for all Wired, Wireless network.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.

15. Accountable for receiving approved submittals from and notifying the Project Manager of potential schedule impact.

16. Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary backups relating to change requests.

17. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents.

18. Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel subcontractors, architects and owners

19. Prepare correspondence with client, architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Examples of referenced correspondence include, but not confined to the following items: Schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information (RFI), transmittals and submittals.

20. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.

21. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.

22. Planning work to ensure that materials, machineries, authorities’ approval and sites condition are ready before the work starts.

23. Coordinating with authorities, clients to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment

Job Description:

• Operate, manage, and maintain VMWare ESX and HCI technologies

• Knowledge of administering Windows Server 2016, SQL 2016 and Windows Clustering technology
