• Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
• Troubleshoot problems encountered on site
• Develop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.
• Conduct acceptance tests with users and address the testing findings/issues
• Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks
• Maintain an accurate and consistent set of work instructions service delivery processes.
• Develop As-built documentation for the handover Job
• OT allowance and a company vehicle will be provided

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Operational Technology/Information Technology industry
• Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
• In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Servers etc.
• Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
• IT Certification in Windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization and cloud technologies will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
• Candidate must possess a Class 3 driving license
