Skills Requirements

Primary Function :

RESPONSIBILITIES

Routine tasks

A. Ismart Factory

1) Identify and develop plans for iSMART Factory to achieve digitization of key processes in the manufacturing operations.

2) Co-ordinate all resources from various departments to effectively implement Ismart factory initiatives.

3) Provide training where necessary to ensure systems are implemented effectively and sustained.

4) Provide framework and guidance for mass data analytics to ensure maximum benefits are derived from digitization process.

5) Coordinate and manage IT support activities.

B. Technical Support

1) Lead / participate in Engineering Projects as assigned and provide technical and documentation support to ensure new processes, equipment are tested, qualified and properly set up for mass production.

2) Create Work Instruction (WI), Process flow, FMEA and Validation protocol as required.

3) Provide training to Production staff like Engineers. Supervisors, technicians, operators where necessary to ensure proper handover of Projects for mass production.

4) Drive Lean Manufacturing to eliminate and/or reduce waste or any activity that consumes resources without adding value to operations.

5) Provide training to Technicians on automation, new processes or changes to processes or equipment.

6) Provide timely engineering support (as assigned) in failure analysis and troubleshooting to production to resolve quality/ production problem.

7) Develop, implement and refine assemblies and test operations through process simplification and

modification to drive continuous improvement programs to reduce cost of production non-value added

activities.

8) Identify, develop and implement process automation programs to enhance productivity

C. Software Programs management

1) Set up a system to control / maintain, properly file, manage changes and distribute all Software programs for Production and Engineering department.(These include PLC programs, Robotic programs, Micro processor programs etc)

2) Perform regular audits to ensure existing program revision in use is in compliance with documented revision in the system.

Job Summary:

As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, your focus is on defining and delivering modern infrastructure for public and hybrid cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure cloud and the boarder Microsoft technology stack. This includes planning and designing of the desired relationships and operating models across SaaS and internet applications to effectively operate in a Cloud oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Possess Azure technology skillset in the areas of Design, Implementation and Operation.

Provide subject matter expertise in the area of Azure Active Directory, Enterprise Application Registration, Federated Service, Conditional Access and Entitlement Management.

Design and implement Azure identity and access management to enable partners and contractors’ access, such as B2B, multi-tenants access.

Work with Manager to rationalize the technical design and ensure the solution work well with the government infrastructure, policies, standards, and security requirements.

Analyse and develop technology improvement and feedback throughout the deployment and operation cycle.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure technical knowledge and experience in the deploying, administering and management of enterprise IT infrastructure systems and services, specifically in Azure AD, ADFS.

Candidate having the Government on Commercial Cloud knowledge added advantage.

Good understanding of Azure Cloud Adoption framework, the tools, and best practices to manage and govern the Azure cloud services.

Knowledge of modern authentication protocol and technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.

Knowledge of coding and scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Graph API, Python),

Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management.
