Life Science Engineering Lead

The engineering lead will have the accountability for all technical hard services and project delivery. His role will be to set the maintenance strategy and reliability program and ensuring we continually have the correct mix of skillsets through the team. They will review and approve all work permits, method statements, & risk assessments, and drive engineering best practice with a focus on consistent standards and continuous improvement.
