The Challenges:

The QA Executive ensures food safety and quality by managing product development, improvement, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and certifications. 5. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Lead the efforts to achieve BizSAFE Level 3 certification, working with the consultant and supporting internal teams to achieve certification.

• Document Food Safety Processes: Work with the consultant to design and document food safety processes, including hazard analysis, CCP monitoring, corrective actions, and verification procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HACCP records under the guidance of the QA consultant.
