We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Creative Designer to join company in Consumer Banking Group’s in-house creative team. You will bring your keen eye for visual aesthetics to help create effective marketing campaigns for both our Retail and Wealth Banking segments. If you are a hands-on and meticulous creative who’s interested in helping our customers realise their dreams and aspirations at every life stage, we want you.

Responsibilities:

• You will work independently or with an in-house copywriter to creatively solve communication and design challenges.
• You will flex your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to translate creative concepts into impactful visuals across owned and paid channels through data storytelling, motion graphics, videos/storyboarding, wireframing, etc.
• In addition to origination work, you will be tasked to adapt, iterate, and optimise creative assets for our websites, eDMs, branch collaterals, digital banners, social channels, etc.
• You will be an advocate for consistent and high-quality design, ensuring all creative work you produce is in line with he company brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Our high-volume environment means you will be managing multiple projects at the same time while prioritising them to ensure you meet tight deadlines.
• You will be expected to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to help meet marketing goals and business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an agency and/or in-house creative team.
• Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates work across multiple design disciplines and platforms.
• A conceptual thinker with strong design aesthetics and expertise in storytelling, digital imaging, infographics, typography, animation, and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects); web design and front-end development (HTML5, CSS,); Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, etc.); Microsoft Office 365.
• Working knowledge on UI/UX, wireframing and publishing tools (Figma, Google Web Designer, DoubleClick Studio) is a plus.
• Fine digital craftsmanship and strong understanding of design processes.
• Clear oral and written communication skills to present and articulate concepts, designs and rationales.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Self-motivated, driven individual with a growth mindset.
• A great team player who can collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders in a large-scale matrix organisation.
• Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to illustrate will be a plus.

Event Coordination

• Source and liaise with vendors for events and marketing materials, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide logistical support during events, managing on-site operations effectively.

Content Creation

• Script, produce, shoot, and edit photography and videography projects to align with marketing objectives.
• Conceptualise and develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and creative ideas.

Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to boost fan engagement and digital presence.
• Create diverse content such as posts, stories, reels, thought leadership pieces, and advertisements.

Marketing Campaigns

• Conduct market research to identify trends and develop relevant, innovative marketing strategies.
• Develop content for electronic direct mailers (EDMs), internal communications, and company websites.

Lead Generation

• Manage and execute lead-generating campaigns on platforms such as Facebook to drive potential customer or candidate interest and engagement.

Collaborative Support

• Assist subsidiaries and related companies in marketing and event-related tasks.
• Support various ad-hoc projects, initiatives and administrative task as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Media, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in photography and video editing.

Passion and creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using digital marketing tools.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Competency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.

Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.
