The Asia Head of Rates and Currencies Investor Sales is responsible for driving the sales of macro cross-asset products to institutional investor clients. The Customer Service Executive is part of the customer service team running the order-to-cash flow, with key focus on ensuring internal and external customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Other working partners include other functions within the office, 3PL warehouse and so on.
