Management of ICT Application Contract and Operating Budget

• Manage ICT Application contracts to ensure the project/application vendors meet contractual obligations.
• Track the projects’ expenditure and ensure meeting the agreed budget utilisation.
• Provide administrative support to all aspects of ICT procurement from seeking budget, calling tender/request for quotation/small value purchase, evaluation and award; raising purchase requisition/order, goods receiving, invoice tracking and verification/certification.
• Manage and monitor defects, issues and incidents of Authority’s IT applications and services to meet the agreed service level agreement.
• Develop guidance, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring.
• Provide application support in all stages of IT application life cycle.

Management of ICT Application Security and Compliance

• Ensure compliance to Application Architecture, Agency IT Policies and Government IM8 policies relating to ICT Application services.
• Ensure security patches on ICT Application are timely updated in accordance to IM8 policy.
• Perform user access provisioning and conduct user access control. Carry out periodic user access review and log review.
• Facilitate and support IT audit activities with relevant parties.
• Manage and support ad-hoc security scans, patches and other security measures when required.

IT Operations Support

• Resolve escalated IT cases in an accurate and timely manner.
• Collate and report IT applications and operations statistics.
• Manage, support and track IT change management activities.
• Track, manage and ensure compliance of IT operational tasks and activities according to IT Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to uphold and maintain process standards Undertake and carry out ad hoc IT operation assignments and tasks arises from projects or day-to-day operation.
• Provide secretariat function for meetings/forums.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge in IT security and infrastructure designs and implementations, and working knowledge of software development methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Office and .Net framework are preferred.
• Experience in delivering and operating Government IT projects are also preferred.

Job Specification

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos
• Prepare and update price list
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Overall responsible for daily project management and administration.

• Main liaison with client's lead consultant and steering committee.
• Coordinate with design team, quantity surveyor, external consultants, contractors, vendors in delivery of project.
• Meet potential clients with Business Development Manager to enquire and understand clients' need.
• Coordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients.
• Work closely with project and construction teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects and excellent quality of work done.
• Being the key to interface between the company and clients, obtain clients' feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments etc.

• Oversees quality and trade contractor performance through regular inspection.
• Maintain health & safety compliance on construction sites.
• Responsible for the contract execution and P&L account of the project.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related disciplines
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies exposure will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager position; and Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for Project Manager position
• Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities
• Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
