Key Responsibilities

Lead the build-and-deploy technicians and provide training as necessary

Responsible for software and asset management (including asset disposal, commissioning, and decommissioning)

Handling on/off boarding of laptop and mobile devices

Perform laptop imaging

Resolves issues related to desktop computing, software, and hardware

Support all end-user BAU activities such as software upgrades, patching, computer imaging, deploying build images and software using InTune

Performing break-fix issues on: Desktop/Laptop, IT Peripherals, iPhone/iPad, Windows, MAC OS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, VPN connectivity issues, etc.

Manage IT assets purchase orders, delivery, and installation with 3rd party supplier

Produce operational documentations and evidence for internal and external auditsConsistently consult direct manager in evaluating requirements and execution

Support all business areas with technical expertise and provide outstanding service to end-users

Experience

Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT environment

Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting on Windows, Mac, operating system.

Basic network infrastructure skills

Resident Engineer (RE-C&S)

a. Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer, of which at least 2 years shall be in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity; in particular deep excavation and foundation, cut and cover tunnel works and building works;

b. Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;

c. Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore;

d. Lead RTO to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S) and SRE. He must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;
