Job Requirements:

Daily : respond comment and monitor trends and analyzing metrics

weekly : posting engaging content ,planning content calendars ,conducts competitor research etc

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Intern to join our team. This role focuses on producing engaging video content for Epitex TikTok, Instagram Reels and XiaoHongShu. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, enjoys storytelling, and can create compelling video content that resonates with our target audience in the linen & bedding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation & Development

 Content Production: Create and edit short-form video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels that aligns with our brand voice.

 Creative Execution: Develop engaging video concepts and execute them with an understanding of platform-specific trends, challenges, and formats.

 Storytelling: Use creative storytelling techniques to create content that engages audiences and enhances brand visibility.

2. Social Media Strategy Support

3. Collaboration

Requirements:

Responsibilities of Social Media Content Creator:

1. Social Media Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Be comfortable to appear onscreen & can participate in livestreams/filming of social media content
• Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

• To liaise with SME/EPD specialist to list down the routine maintenance tasks to be performed by service reps in the field
• Prepare material and tools that required to perform these tasks in a safe warehouse environment
• The 3D will be power up in the warehouse for demo purpose
• For each of the task, provide the task objective, simple description of steps and validation actions
• Plan a video recording to capture the steps to complete the task on the demo 3D trasar unit, estimated 10-15mins per video

The candidate will gain insight and understanding of the planning and execution of social media and digital campaigns for our events including social calendar planning and publishing, agency briefing, media strategy and planning and campaign reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to develop social media plans/calendars for our events and podcast.
• Coordinate social content and asset rollouts, reviews and approvals
