BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Develop, direct and lead SOX compliance efforts including annual risk assessment and scoping exercise, assessment of controls design, controls effectiveness validation, timely tracking on gap remediation according to the relevant framework surrounding the ICFR (e.g. COSO, PCAOB, SEC guidelines, etc)
• Maintain and update SOX test plans, perform test work and provide guidance to team members on testing approaches and methodologies in accordance with the relevant frameworks

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional working experience required in SOX or audit compliance, or a similar role; 2-3 years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred
