GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Drafts, reviews, and finalizes tenancy agreements for new and renewing dormitory bedspaces
• Ensures all tenancy agreements comply with legal and organizational standards
• Maintains accurate records of all tenancy agreements and related documentation
• Oversees and ensures the allocation and utilization of dormitory space comply with organization protocol
• Monitors room assignments and coordinates with maintenance for necessary repairs and upkeep.

• Generates and distributes billing statements to finance in a timely manner
• Assists in the monthly rental collection and arrears management

• Min 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in lease management
