Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping operations and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth processes.
• Manage full sets of shipping documentation and oversee cargo bookings.
• Establish workflows for various business activities, including trading transactions, service fees, and royalty payments.
• Provide support in internal applications, reporting, and monitoring key areas such as overdue payments, credit limits, and contract collections.
• Assist in initiatives to support the development of new trading businesses.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with Chinese suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or MUGEN systems is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and ensure regular checks and servicing of: Fire alarm systems, EM LOCK and magnetic door systems,Guestroom lock systems ELsafe units, CCTV systems, Public announcement systems, Car park collection systems Panic and PWD button system.
• Oversee the loading and unloading bay, driveway, and basement car park to ensurenall.loading and unloading activities conpleted within time frame.
• Control and distribute complimentary car park tickets.
• Respond to various incidents during shift, ranging from security breaches to guestroom lock and ELsafe issues.
• Complete security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, prioritizing report by end of daily shift.
• Enforce security protocols and procedures to protect guests, colleagues and property.
• Manage access control systems, such as key card access, to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Prrform random bag check to all colleagues who exit the building.

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
• Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accident reporting and clarify the claims process to customers, such as bus captains, taxi/private hire vehicle hirers, and relief drivers.
• Implement effective claims management to meet KPI targets for claims outcomes.
• Collaborate as part of the team to ensure the company recovers losses from third parties or defends against claims from individuals involved in road accidents.
• Coordinate with workshops and relevant parties to communicate with third-party insurers, legal representatives, and passengers on behalf of SMRT Buses and Strides Premier Fleet.
• Work with various departments within SMRT Buses, Strides Premier Fleet, and associated agents to pursue any claims effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma in General Insurance or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Motor insurance claims.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Good negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders on the drafting, review and negotiations on a broad range of contracts, such as vendor engagements, NDAs, software licensing agreements, and other corporate and commercial activities.
• Provide legal advice to the internal stakeholders on various matters, such as contractual rights, obligations, interpretation of terms and litigation matters.
• Liaising with external legal counsel when required.
• Manage the execution of legal agreement and documents of the Company.
• Support the preliminary business projects, as required from time to time, from the point of view of legal support (mainly contract review and drafting of relevant documents).
• Research the latest developments in legal matters and keep the management updated.
• Assist with any legal due diligence or compliance projects when necessary.
• Maintenance of standard agreements and templates.
• Liaising with the corporate secretarial service provider and overseeing the corporate secretarial matter.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with both litigation and in-house experience.

Details of the Division and Team:

To manage and provide effective guidance / quality check to Front Office and NCA reviewer in their work processes and submissions, in terms of new client account opening which involves both documentation and KYC aspect. The role requires the candidate to advise the Front Office in all Know-Your-Client/ Source of Wealth and legal document related matters and supports the Front Office from the beginning of the new customer adoption process from prospect through to funding of the account including. In addition, he/she liaises with the local AML officers concerning business-view on specific AML/ KYC/ SOW related topics.

In his/her function as Documentation / KYC checker, the candidate can manage the daily BAU responsibilities and reporting on metrics. It involves close collaboration with AML, Compliance, ORM, Front Office and Legal.

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely account openings and response turnaround
• Provide SME advice to Front Office on complex account structures and KYC/AML cases the business is confronted with
• Function as a Checker to ensure review quality
• Act as sparring partner for Front Office in all AML/ SOW/ KYC related topics

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of KYC Operation experience in Private Banking
• Proven knowledge and experience in banking operations, client onboarding, account documentation, risk management, sophisticated AML/KYC knowledge
• Proven knowledge in Know Your Client procedures in Private Banking
• Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline
• Ability to develop a good knowledge of the customer base, with sensitivity to specific customer needs.
• Proven experience in team/stakeholder management
