Experience:
Current ATPL, class one medical and instrument rating;
Type rated on the Global 7500 preferred;
Previous experience in the Asia Pacific preferred;
Singapore citizens and permanent residents preferred;

This role involves responsibilities in both customer service and administrative operations support . The ideal candidate will interact with individuals in various settings—such as clinics, hospitals, and events —ensuring exceptional service delivery while also assisting with administrative tasks. Candidates must be able to work independently to effectively fulfil the scope of this role.

Engage with patients and non-patients through various channels, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and events.
Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information to inquiries.
Distribute promotional materials (e.g., flyers) at clinics, hospitals, and roadshows.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions to enhance customer experience.
Be available for weekend engagements as needed.

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Collaborate with team members on various operational projects to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall function of the organization.
