Responsibilities:
1. Creative Excellence:
◦ Produce world-class creative work across various mediums, including 2D/3D
design, photography, and video.
◦ Independently execute projects, delivering exceptional results for internal
and client needs.
◦ Develop compelling visual concepts that elevate both COCO Creative
Studio’s image and client campaigns.
2. Branding & Visual Identity:
◦ Take ownership of COCO Creative Studio’s visual branding, ensuring
cohesive and impactful communication across all platforms.
◦ Create stunning designs and visual assets for the company website, social
media, and marketing materials.
◦ Devise creative strategies to enhance the company’s positioning and brand
recognition in the industry.
3. Multimedia Expertise:
◦ Design and produce graphics, 2D/3D visuals, and motion graphics for
diverse projects.
◦ Edit and retouch photos to deliver professional-grade imagery.
◦ Produce and edit high-quality videos, incorporating storytelling and advanced
techniques.
4. Photography & Video Production:
◦ Actively participate in photoshoots and video productions, contributing to art
direction and styling.
◦ Lead post-production processes, ensuring visual content meets international
standards.
◦ Collaborate with the team to develop storyboards and creative direction for
shoots.
5. Strategic Involvement:
◦ Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance COCO Creative
Studio’s creative offerings.
◦ Collaborate closely with the Founder to identify opportunities for new creative
ventures and growth.
◦ Occasionally assist with strategic client pitches, offering creative insights and
solutions with the Creative Director and Account Managers
6. SEO & Digital Presence:
◦ Design and implement content strategies to improve the company’s digital
presence and SEO performance.
◦ Develop visually engaging content tailored to attract and engage target
audiences.
7. Collaboration & Communication:
◦ Work closely with the Founder and Creative Director on high-priority projects.
◦ Occasionally collaborate with the broader creative and account management
teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
◦ Maintain clear communication with clients when required to ensure project
objectives are met.
8. File Management:
◦ Organize and maintain creative assets to ensure efficiency and accessibility
for future projects.
Requirements:

creative branding.
Proven ability to independently deliver creative solutions for premium clients and
projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design tools, and video editing software.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-caliber work for world-class brands.
Ability to propose and execute innovative ideas that align with project and business
objectives.
Passion for staying updated with the latest trends in design, branding, and
multimedia.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Successfully complete high-level creative projects within established timelines.
• Produce visually impactful content that increases engagement and elevates the
company’s branding.
• Propose 3–5 innovative projects or concepts annually to expand creative
capabilities.
• Ensure consistent quality across all content, from photo editing to motion graphics.
