Curriculum Development

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine training needs, establish, develop and operationalize competency frameworks, develop training materials, and implement training programs for aspiring cybersecurity professionals.

• Work with Project Manager to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Conduct and coordinate system testing to ensure defects / issues are raised and follow through and notify project team immediately on critical issues.
• Develop user guides and coordinate trainings.
• Project administration, such as drafting of reports, timeline, and other administrative duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Application Developer Requirements:

• Degree in a Software Engineering / Engineering / Business Analytics related discipline.
• No experience required, but the willingness to learn and determination to solve problems is a must. Ideally, 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Possess good analytical ability.
• Able to multi-task in several projects and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
• Self-driven and responsible for deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, applications, hardware or software testing
• Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer, systems, software, applications, and hardware
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
• Write training manuals
• Maintain daily performance of computer and application systems
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Install, modify, and repair applications and computer hardware and software
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
• Are required to apply information security in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the organization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 1-2 years of working experience in technical support
• Experience in basic networking support
• Experience in supporting OS platforms such as Windows 10 and MS Office applications
• Prefer candidates who are resourceful, good working attitude & takes initiative
• Good communication skills and administrative skills
