We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Marketing and Community Manager for our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Logistics Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engagement, communication and branding for rider business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, maintain and manage all rider-related communication channels (7 channels: website, mobile application, email, social media, SMS, Telegram, and focus group discussions)
- Oversee all 40+ rider partnerships, deals, and discounts
- Conceptualize and execute monthly rider events and campaigns (Both online and offline) together with our Rider Admin, this will most likely be a shared task
- Responsible for projects under rider insurance and rider government affairs
- Handle all marketing-related rider projects such as PR, social media, advertising, online and in-person activations, etc.
- Responsible for the design, launch, and distribution of quarterly rider equipment and accessories
- Spearhead ad-hoc projects that ensure the growth and retention of the 35k+ delivery fleet of foodpanda Singapore
