Responsibilities:

• General office management including pantry supply, office upkeeping and ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office
• Providing secretarial support to Senior VP
• Ensuring documentation are maintained in an organised and effective manner for ease of retrieving and clients records are kept up todate
• Coordinate meetings and maintain an efficient office filing system.
• Oversee office expenditure, budget, policies, and procedures.
• Manage reception duties and support the day-to-day needs of the office and staff.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant corporate executive experience who is organized, committed, can multitask and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to start immediately or short notice
