Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in managing daily requests for unit trust transfers, from initiation of request to completion.
• Timely and accurate processing of unit trust requests
• Effective management and resolution of failed transfers.
• Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to the front office.
• During processing, ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations, and compliance framework.
