1. To co-ordinate between operations, customers and suppliers on maintenance works of the company.

2. Responsible for the co-ordination of tender documents.

3. General administration in the office.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE "O" Level and above.

2. Able to write and communicate in English and Mandarin.

3. Familiar with Microsoft Software and Outlook.

Effective team player with flexibility to work independently when needed.

She will need to do answering phone calls, quotes, invoiceing and store inventory in construction line.

5 days in office, Saturday half day WFH.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Ensure the projects are fully attended and completed to meet agreed deadlines
• Supervising the project progress to ensure that issues of the project are identified and solved
• Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients to complete project deliverables
• Experience managing a team on site at an event, ability to troubleshoot on site and react, provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.
• Working with Management to adapt strategy with objectives continuously improving on SOPs where necessary.

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule

• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirement conducted during site tests and inspections
• Prepared and Assembled ready wooden cabinetry to drawings and specifications for installation.
• Verified dimensions and checked the quality and fit of pieces.
• Measured and marked dimensions of sites.
• Performed Cabinet assembly with the use of hand tools.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
