We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer (Quantexa)with expertise in Hadoop, Scala, Spark, Elastic, Open Shift Container Platform (OCP) and DevOps practices. Elasticsearch to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing big data solutions using Apache Spark, Scala, and Elasticsearch. Responsibilities:

·        Implement data transformation, aggregation, and enrichment processes to support various data analytics and machine learning initiatives

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• Perform the daily BAU operations, i.e. loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers and redemptions, monitoring and sweeping of funds from special-purpose accounts, e.g. DSRA, Operating accounts for loan repayments and monitoring of scheduled repayments for bilateral and syndication deals.
• Perform GL reconciliation & ensure outages are resolved within stipulated turnaround time.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while avoiding operational risks and losses.
