Responsibilities:

As an individual contributor on our Cybersecurity engineering team, youll have a broad set of responsibilities including (the mix will depend on your interests and skill level):

• Troubleshooting security problems
• Assist in the management and deployment of security products on endpoints, servers, and virtual desktops
• Design, operate, and maintain a vulnerability management program
• Assist the Security Team in responding to and remediating system and/or network security breaches

• Experience in the development of projects related to network and security automation.
• Experience in infrastructure and automation processes and tools including Ansible, and Terraform

Cybersecurity Forensics Engineers are also responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to digital evidence handling and chain of custody. These responsibilities and standards will be leveraged to develop training as well as mentoring of junior members. Cybersecurity Forensics Engineers are also responsible for researching, evaluating, and designing technical security solutions for the agency; providing technical security assessment support; developing, maintaining, and monitoring an effective Information Security program to provide logical and physical protection of the company's technical resources. Enterprise accountabilities include executing security engineering practices for IS projects; conduct product research and participate in the selection process of technologies to support security requirements.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Windows, Apple OSX, and Linux operating systems operations and artifacts
• Experience with SIEM technologies, including Splunk, or Elastic
• Experience with forensics tools, including Magnet Axiom, Falcon-NEO, Cellebrite, Encase, X-Ways Forensics, Autopsy, Sleuth Kit

The initial focus will be on Strip, Etch, and Clean (SEC) solutions, but will also grow to include the Elevate® line of electroplating products. Specifically, the duties will include:

• Having a deep understanding of Technic products for the Semiconductor industry,
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and market position/performance of comparable competitive products.
• Working with Sales team to select appropriate customer and application targets
• Visiting customers across the territory to understand their equipment, process, and product performance requirements.
• Starting-up and operating the Technic Wafer Processing and Failure Analysis lab
• Conducting product functional performance testing & measurements either on-site or coordinating with other Regions to generate test results remotely.
• Advising on laboratory upgrades needed to better serve customers
• Liaising with customers during qualification tests and providing trouble-shooting advice after installation
• Recommending the best product for the application based on product experience and/or laboratory trials
• Hiring and supervising at least one technician to maintain the lab and support customer trials
• Developing specifications and facility recommendations for local manufacturing of SEC products, either at Technic or third-party facilities
• Advise on hiring and lead training of operators for local manufacturing
• Set operating procedures, quality targets and release specifications for any eventual locally made semiconductor products
• Developing external collaborations with co-suppliers, Universities, or Government Research Institutes to strengthen our offering, improve our market visibility, or secure funding to advance our product offerings.

Requirement

• The role may require regular travel Overseas (1-2 times per month) & less frequent travel to France and the US (1-2 times per year)

RESPONSIBILITIES

One of the key mandates of Group Procurement & Services (GPS) is to be DBS’ preferred and trusted partner that adds value by effectively managing risk and enabling business. GPS Risk team helps to manage risk and improve controls in our continuous efforts to preserve stakeholders’ value throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Driving Future State Components in GPS: Key player in implementing improvements and new initiatives within the GPS Risk Book of Work, across DBS footprint.
• Overseeing GPS Risk Operating Cadence: Manage the day-to-day risk management processes within GPS. This includes tracking key metrics (scorecards), project progress, generating monthly reports, and promptly resolving any identified issues.
• Ensuring Risk Action Implementation: Work with various team leaders and stakeholders to make sure that actions identified to mitigate risks are completed on time. Monitor the effectiveness of these actions after implementation to confirm they are achieving the desired results.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams and Control Functions: Act as a liaison between the risk management team and technical teams, as well as internal audit, compliance & risk control functions. This ensures that all necessary controls are properly defined and implemented.
• Developing Management Reports: Design and create clear reports to analyze data, visualize risk trends, and track progress towards risk reduction goals.
• Promoting Risk Awareness: Responsible for promoting a strong risk-aware culture within the procurement function and other procurement stakeholders. This includes identifying, developing, and delivering relevant training to these stakeholders.
• Facilitating Procurement Risk Forums: Facilitate regular risk forums across core market GPS teams to discuss risk-related issues, share best practices, learn from past experiences, enhancements to risk control self assessments (RCSA), and ensure timely communication about important risk matters.

Requirements:

• Extensive Banking Experience: 5-10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Banking Operations, Risk Management, or Services Procurement within the financial industry.
• Proven Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Deep Banking and Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking terminology, products, operational processes, and technology concepts.
• Agile Methodology Proficiency: Experienced in using Agile project management frameworks for delivering projects.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
