Core Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to doctors, nurses, and other KOLs
• Assist medical professionals to become familiarised with the medical equipment (merits, proper clinical procedures, and usages of the devices)
• Organise and conduct training sessions - perform on-site and on-the-job training on the principal’s products to health professionals in hospitals
• Answer any queries relating to the product range
• Monitor and promote utilisation of products
• Participate in training opportunities to be updated on product knowledge and market trends (workshops, training, conferences)
• Participate in case reviews - attend procedures in operating rooms of the hospital when needed
• Act as a clinical support consultant to surgeons and operating room staff during procedures in the safe and proper use of products and related techniques
• Provide coordination and logistic support in properly ordering, transporting, setting up and reassembling surgical instrument sets inside sterile processing departments at hospitals and surgery centres
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic accounts
• Establish strong relationships with various KOLs to promote products
• Work closely with principals to be equipped with relevant understanding of new technology and devices in the department
• Participate in promotional activity to increase product awareness in the market
• Develop and implement plans for the product line (make recommendations into current product pipeline)

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Medical Technology or ScienceCandidates with nursing background will be an advantage
• Candidates with more than 1 year experience will have an added advantage

What you’ll do

• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including search engines (SEO and SEM), social media platforms, email marketing, and display advertising. Communicate with customers and followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor comments and reviews.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking activities to enhance website visibility on search engines.
• Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising, including campaign setup, ad targeting, and optimization.
• Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to update website content, maintain website functionality, and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track website traffic, campaign performance, and relevant KPIs using analytics tools. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and generate reports for insight sharing.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activity.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and successful outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Experience or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a strategic social media and/or digital marketing strategist role. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing practices.
• Expertise with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Role Overview:

As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting implementation partners, customers, and end-users in deploying and optimizing our cloud platform and associated IoT solutions. You will serve as a product expert, offering technical and functional guidance to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing use of our platform. Your work will involve coordinating with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to provide solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise & Training: Develop a deep understanding of the cloud platform, mobile application, IoT hardware, and networking aspects. Provide product training and technical support to implementation partners and end-users.
• Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through the implementation process.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of our cloud platform by working closely with implementation partners to ensure proper configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of IoT devices, software, and network setups.
• Documentation & User Guides: Create and maintain product documentation, user manuals, FAQs, and how-to guides to empower customers and partners in using our platform effectively.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from customers and partners to identify areas for product improvement and work closely with the product development team to implement enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful product rollouts.
• Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits of the platform and its capabilities in security, safety, and facility management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a product specialist, technical support, or similar role, preferably within cloud-based platforms or IoT solutions.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of IoT hardware, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar), networking, and software deployment processes. Familiarity with mobile applications is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
