HR Executive & Personal Assistant Position
We are looking for an HR Executive & Personal Assistant to support our training and HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. The candidate should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

Job Description
Human Resources
- Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations
- Update employee information in the HR system
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
- Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, sick leave, vacation, and personal day offs
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Personal Assistant
- Assist the Director with scheduling of internal and external appointments
- Assist the Director with communication with the team
- Work with various teams to ensure seamless front-back and back-end operations
- Work on tasks that relate to external partners and parties
- Assist with other administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Executive, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of office procedures and billing
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive (experience in CRM will be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
