Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to support a Managing Director and their family. If you have a clean driving record, an eye for detail, and can confidently drive luxury vehicles, this is the role for you! As a key member of the household, you’ll help with driving, running errands, and maintaining the vehicles in impeccable condition.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer and their family members to various destinations, including work, school, and social events.
• Ensure the vehicle is meticulously clean and in top-notch working condition by scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.
• Plan efficient routes, stay informed about traffic patterns, and make adjustments as needed to guarantee timely arrivals.
• Run errands as requested, such as shopping and deliveries, and assist with any other tasks as required by the employer.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• At least 1 year of experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor.

Additional Information

• Position: Personal Driver for Managing Director
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm)
• Overtime: Paid for weekend work
• Compensation: Up to $3,500 basic salary + OT + Variable Bonus
• Location: Tanglin area
• Vehicles: Rolls Royce or Maserati (Note: Vehicle cannot be taken home)
• May need to take leave if the family is out of Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely and responsibly operate and maintain the assigned vehicle.
2. Provide transportation services to director, family, clients in a timely and efficient manner, considering their schedule and preferences.
3. Ensure the safety and comfort of the client during transportation, including assisting with entering and exiting the vehicle.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, both inside and outside.
5. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil, water, and fuel levels, and arrange for repairs when necessary.
6. Plan and optimize driving routes to avoid traffic and ensure punctual arrivals.
7. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance activities.
8. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
9. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the client's personal and professional matters.
10. Ad hoc duties assigned by the director

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Previous experience as a personal driver or chauffeur preferred.
3. Familiarity with the local area and road networks.
4. Excellent driving skills, including defensive driving techniques.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Punctual and reliable.
