In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Assist the director in business negotiations, prepare contract documents, and coordinate the planning and execution of contracts between the employer and negotiating parties.

• Manage the daily diary and scheduling for senior executives/directors, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing and record-keeping
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence
• Support with event and function planning, ensuring all logistics are organised and executed seamlessly
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant , ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry and PA, EA & Secretarial sub-industry

   Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
2. Appointment Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
   Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and that all appointments are confirmed.
   Handle any necessary rescheduling or cancellations.
3. Design and Content Creation:Create simple designs for marketing materials, presentations, and other documents using Canva.
   Ensure designs align with the company's branding and visual identity.
   Assist in designing social media posts and other visual content.
4. Social Media Management:Post content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) in both Chinese and English.
   Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries or comments as needed.
   Ensure that posts are aligned with the company's voice and marketing strategy.
5. Administrative Support:Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
   Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls as required.
   Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
   Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
