Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Trainer to conduct soft-skills training in areas such as customer service, leadership, team-building and various professional soft-skills development programme.

Strong training delivery skills for multiple clients in service-related industries is a must.

The Trainer is expected to oversee the entire training delivery work from the preparation of training materials and logistics to the actual training delivery. The incumbent must be willing to travel for to conduct training for various clients across the Asia Pacific region, if required.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimally ACTA / ACLP certified
• DACE / DDDLP certified will be advantageous
• Experienced in conducting soft-skills training
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and a second language to liaise with Chinese, Malay, etc. speaking clients
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, and e-learning authoring tools
• Confident, independent and yet a team player
• May need to travel occasionally

THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

• Teaching weekly Chinese Public Speaking classes for Children (Weekend Classes Available);

• Planning exciting games/activities to enhance the curriculum and engage your students;

• Conducting video filming of classes for training purposes;

• Assisting with Curriculum department in developing and informing training materials;

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors

OUR IDEAL TRAINER LOOKS LIKE THIS:

• Preferably LOCAL/PR due to quota limitation

• Passionate about inspiring and teaching others;

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);

• Prior experience in teaching preschool or kindergarten will be extremely advantageous;

REMUNERATION:

• $50 per class (1.5 Hours)

Entry-level candidates are also welcome, as training will be provided.

• Determine training needs by reviewing the company’s present activities and future plans.

• Monitoring & ensuring staff development and progress in BMW certification within the stipulated period by BMWA – 18 months.
• Any ad-hoc training administration duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering discipline

3-5 years of technical training experience, in automotive industry is a must

Exposure of technical training in continental brand

Versatile in Ms Office
