• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimal disruptions during go-live.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP applications post-implementation.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP systems and improve client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including customization and troubleshooting.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP programming, including knowledge of enhancements, user exits, BADI, BAPI, ALV reporting, and other ABAP techniques.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for collaboration with functional teams and stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Languages: English

• 10+ yrs. of strong experience in years of programming experience in RPG, Free RPG and CL in an AS/400 environment.
• Experience in JDA MMS (AS400) is added advantage
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life cycle and ability to work as the primary liaison between Business users and Developers. Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills, leadership and management abilities and team spirit.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Systems integration, AS400 systems, SQL, DB2 database concepts.
• Knowledge of Retail and Warehouse Management System.
• Production Support background
• Experience in onsite-offshore model in managing large projects involving multiple teams across globe
